Fit and match drilled the reinforcement plates to the end ribs. Then used the fly cutter to modify the end ribs for the access hole. The fly cutter wasn't big enough, so used a combination of shears, dremel and assorted bits, file, die grinder and sanding pads to enlarge the hole to the proper size. Drilled screw holes into the left rib.
