Did some careful fluting in hopes that the second leading edge would go smoother than the first. It did. Cleco'd in the ribs, fitted assembly to the wing, and match drilled. Fabricated Doubler Strip and drilled holes. Nice and easy this time. Also fabricated aileron alignment tool. Would have been easier earlier, but it wasn't too hard. I just made a template with a shorter piece of wood that fit between the spars, and match drilled that to a longer piece of aluminum angle, and drew my parallel lines that the end of the aileron must be between.
