Fabricated the new Tie Down Bracket from the AEX Van's sent me. They only sent one so I have to wait to make the other one. This time, it came out much better and appears like it will line up well with the bellcrank bracket holes. Then I started on the rib deburr process. This is the first thing I've done that hasn't been real fun. I'm about 1/3 of the way done deburring the ribs. At least I'm pretty much done fluting them. I've been using the mini 3m wheel in the die grinder for the lightening holes, and the big 3m wheel on the edges and corners. Seems to be the best way.
