Primed both skins and stiffeners. Back Riveted all stiffeners to the skins. Started putting the rudder skeleton together, only confusing part was "radiusing" the rudder horn. And a few vague areas in the instructions. Guess they're getting me ready for the wings. Cleco'd on the right skin, ready to match drill those next.
