Had a great vacation at Captiva Island, Florida, but now it's back to work. While I was on the beach, my Dad made the HS stands out of the supplied plywood. Thanks Dad. Today, I match drilled the rear spar and doubler plate and the outboard hinge brackets. I prepared the ribs, and it seemed that mine were extremely flat right from the factory. I used the mini die grinder to get at the lightening holes and it worked so good, I used it on the edges too. I bent the flanges on two of the ribs and two of the nose ribs to the specified 11 degrees. Finally, I fabricated the two 909 shims, and approximated the drill holes that I will match drill tomorrow.
