Drilled J channels after again verifying zero twist. Then I drilled the remainder of the holes, with the exception of the longeron holes, and the 706 bulkhead holes. Worked again on the left longeron, with better results with the scrap aluminum vice covers I made as suggested by Bill Repucci's web site. Actually got the longeron bent a little too much, so had to unbend it a little. Took out most of the twist and the bend in the vertical. It lays pretty flat now, with just a little more twist to remove. I have to look at the plans again as I believe there is supposed to be some twist? And and downward bend is still to come.
