Finished riveting the 706 Bulkhead. Drilled deburred and riveted the 707 and 708 Bulkheads as well. Opted not to prime any of the bulkheads per Dan Checkoway's web site advice. Deburred edges, and drilled holes for the rudder cable, and the pitot static lines. 709 Bulkhead is complete right out of the box.
