Brief Description: 705 Bulkhead, done

Deburred all parts of the 705 Bulkhead, holes and edges and prepared parts for priming. In between rain sprinkles, I primed all the parts. Then riveted the 705 together. Finally, drilled Flap Bushing in the drill press, and then mounted it to the bulkhead. Bolted on the seat belt anchors, but didn't torque them down until I get the hardware that attaches to it mounted. Can't believe how long this particular bulkhead took, lots of small pieces and lots of fabrication and careful measuring. I discovered a mistake on one of the angles, where I mis-measured, apparently 3 times, measuring 2 and 28/32nds vs. 2 and 24/32nds. I looked ahead in the plans and I don't think it will be a problem.
