Match drilled the 904 A,B, C and D parts, and deburred where necessary. Attached and drilled the 904 G's, the shear bars. Riveted those on, the 4-14 rivets that were called out were too short, but I understand that these rivets are basically just to hold the shear bars in allignment until the wing bolts are inserted through them. The rivets are not structural. I put an email into Van's, anyway, just to make sure. Drilled the 633 control column mounts and match drilled those onto the rear bulkhead. I've marked them where I can do a little weight reduction, since I'm just getting fatter.
