Deburred everything, dimpled most stuff and countersunk as required. Primed almost everything, except the gusset, which I'm yet to fabricate. Discovered need for a snap bushing, which I don't have, before I can rivet the skin onto the spar, as access will be difficult if not impossible to put the bushing on the spar after the skin is on. Contacted Van's about the bushing, but will take a look at Home Depot and see if they have anything that will work. Also figured out the mounting of the elevator trim servo to the plate, except the actual size of rivets to use.
