Made template to taper ribs in rudder and elevator. Laminated main vertical stabilizer (front) spar from 4 pieces of RS-17 with T-88 glue. Clamped with multiple clamps and left to cure. Cut out balance of rudder components and laid them out on full plans. Elected to used Dremel circular saw to cut hinge slots.
