A 1" x 2" rectangular steel tube was used for a straight edge for the trailing edge of the rudder. Number 40 holes were drilled at 1" intervals using the Bridgeport milling machine. This will ensure the trailing edge is perfectly straight while the skins and trailing edge wedge are taped and cleco'd together.
