Today I mixed up a small jar of proseal that I ordered from Van's and applied a generous dab to the end of each rudder stiffener and then I buttered up the trailing edge wedge and inserted it between the skins. I used two aluminum angles that I previously match drilled with the skins to sandwich the skins and wedge together. After I got it all clecoed together I used some mek to clean off the excess proseal. I will let this cure for a few days before I attempt to rivet it all together.
