This whole last week I found a little time each day to trim the R-915 rudder stiffeners. There are eight long pieces which must be cut in half and then trimmed accordingly to fit the rudder from bottom to top. The two stiffeners on the bottom keep their full length then each one going up from there get shorter by one hole length from the previous stiffener. I used a stiffener that I had already trimmed on the forward end to trace the trim line on to the other stiffeners as shown in the third pic. I just matched up the holes from each stiffener and they all came out with the same amount of edge distance. The band saw made quick work out of it. I hate to use the tin snips because they tend to bend the metal as I cut.
