I did this different from the instructions like the right elevator. Instead of riveting the two ribs together first, I riveted the E-704 counterbalance rib to the E-702 spar then I riveted the E-713 end rib to the E-702 and finished off the rivets joining the two ribs together. I used my longeron yoke in the squeezer to set these. I had to work the yoke around the ribs without the top flat set on then once around I just put the flat set in and went to town and no the air was not connected while getting this set up.
