I clecoed the forward spar assembly to HS-706, HS-707 and HS-601PP, then clecoed on HS-708 like the plans said. The plans then say to blind rivet HS-702 to HS-707 and HS-708 right before riveting HS-702 to HS-706, but I'm here to tell you that if you do it like that you won't be able to squeeze any rivets into HS-702 to HS-706, you could buck the rivets but not squeeze them. I had to uncleco most of it to first squeeze rivets into HS-702(front spar) to HS-706(outer most rib) before putting blind rivets into HS-702 to HS-707 and HS-708(middle ribs). Then it was off to the races with bucking rivets. I bucked all the top and bottom rivets on the left horizontal stabilizer that cannot be squeezed and prepared the right horizontal stabilizer for my next riveting session.
