I straightened, deburred and fluted the HS-404 & HS-405 ribs in preparation for drilling them to the spars and skin. After marking a centerline down the flanges of the ribs, I clamped them in place. I drilled and clecoed the aft flange of HS-405 to HS-603 then working from the rear spar forward I drilled the holes in HS-405 using the skin as a drill guide. Then working from outboard in I drilled the HS-702 using the skin as a guide. Then I clecoed the HS-710 and HS-714 on to the HS-702 front spar. After clamping everything down I used my angle drill attachment to drill through the ribs and spar angles using the pilot holes previously drilled in the HS-405 as drill guides. Then I drilled the HS-404 rib to the skin.
