Finally I have the oil cooler finished. I air pressure tested it with 40 PSI under water and it was tight. It is ready for installation except the inlet oil pressure line has afitting which can be installed only 1.5 turns on the nipple and I will have to order a newcustom made 18" line for 70 bucks to fix this problem.
Also checked out the installation of the chip detector.It is the same as on the R22. Tad to get a special seal ring to install it on the transmission.
