Eagle R7D went into bancrupcy before I got my transmission oil cooler I had paid for, so I bought a NOS Moroso oil cooler on Ebay and tried to figure out how to modify it. The original Moroso cooler just used gaskets for sealing, but I wanted to use Viton O-rings to have a more reliable seal. I cut a groove for the O-ring on my Bridgeport mill and tested the sealing capacity. I tested the seal in water up to 80 PSI, which is a lot more pressure the transmission will ever see.
