The horizontal tail fin has been adjusted to specified angle, however further adjustment might be necessary by check-out pilot. It is suggested that the hole in spar is elongated to accomplish this task. i decided to use a smalled diameter bolt to lock the tail fin in place. The smaller bolt diameter however allows to make later adjustment and use bigger diameter bolt.
also made a first attempt to weigh helicycle with a marginal scale, but abandoned thsi, because I only had one scale and had to move it around which did not provide the desired accuracy.
