Brief Description:  readying engine for installation in frame

Finally got the engine oil tank sealed and installed on the engine. I also replaced the oil pressure sensor with a smaller and more accurate unit from Westech. I then lifted the engine in place with my hydraulic list table and startedhooking up the clutch and aligned the engine as described in BJ's video. Also adjustedthe tension on the belts to the 35 lbs.
Everything aligned quite nicely. The only thing which needs further evaluation is the idler pulley. BJ wants the idler pulley to push the 6 belts in not more than 1/4" to 3/8". My idler pulley is pushing in the belts in about 1/2". BJ's video suggests to elongate the holes for the idler pulley shaft, but I hate elongating holes and I want to talk to some other Helicycle builders , if this correction is necessary and should be done.
