Had a friend sow upe a nice leather boot for my cyclic stick. The boot has a zipper in the front and I can install the bolts inside the boot. After drilling the 6 holes to match the aluminum ring, I installed nut plates which allows me to install and remove the boot without having to hold nuts on the understide of the seat pan.
