The EGT probe supplied by Eagle R&D is of good quality, but it is probably 40 years old and has seen better days. The provided Thermocouple wire is in even worse shape and I was wondering, if there are better probes around. I found a SS probe with a nice braided cable, but it was necessary to make an adapter out of a AN6 fitting to mount it. The rsult turned out good.
