Spend a lot of time to decide what instruments I wanted, how to lay out my instrument panel and what switches, breakers and other electrical hardware I wanted to use on my Helicycle. I decided on the Honeywell swicthes. I decided I drill a few hole on a scrap piece of aluminum to get a better idea on space requirements and munting procedures, before I start cutting holes into my real instrument panel. Having a small mill with digital read out made this job very easy.
