Painted my engine today. This POR15 paint needs humidity to dry and I heard from some users that it took days for this paint to cure. I guess, not so here in Florida. The first coat was dry to the touch in less than one hour, which is really too quick for all bush marks to disappear. I put on the second coat 2 hours later. Finish turned out satisfactory. Should have painted the engine inside my shop, where the humidity is much lower and the paint would have had more time to flow. On the other hand, the fumes from the paint are not exactly healthy either, so it was still better to paint it outside .I am pretty happy with the finish and its appearance.
