Made some paper templates and taped them to the door frame to get a better idea on how to make them. Then I ben the door hinges, drilled the mounting holes for the doorframe and installed them on the frame. Again, I removed 40/1000"from the screw head so I did not have to countersing so deep and weaken the frame.
