Prepared all parts for bonding with scitchbride and acetone and bondeded the doublers onto the second rotor blade on the top siide today. Made some small wood pieces to clean up the sdhesive ozing out between the doublers while it still can be wiped off. Makes for much easier clean up getting the adheasive out of the corners with a small wood spatula and also reduces the risk scratchng the doublers and/ or the blade surface during clean up operation with a sander.I made sure that the needed bond thickmess is maintained messuring the stack thickness before and after bonding and adjusting stack thickness using the 2 bolts. I let the adhesive cure for about 6 hours and then start cleaning up the adhesive always sanding with the length of blade.
