Brief Description: cabin covers and more nut plates installed
Used the provided template to cut out the fron tbottom cabin cover which goes between the front gear legs. Marked the holes and drilled and clecoed the cover in place. Disassembled the cabin halves from the seat pan to install the nut plates forthe front cover and also installed more nut plates on bottom of cabin. I always use a 1/8" drill to located the holes. Then I cleco the assebly in place. When everything looks good, then I enlage the the hole so a #8 bolt will fit tighty. With the bolt in place I install the nut plates. After the nutplate is riveted in place, then I open up the hole slightly so the parts can shift slightly. I use solid flush rivets to install the nut plates rather than the provided pop rivets.
