Just like on the right side door, I did sand about 1/16" off the bootom of the door to make it fit the door frame a bit better. Then I marked the hole location and started to drill 2 holes at the bottom of the door. After some more checking and marking the half door frame location to plexiglass sheet, I started drilling some holes on top of the door and after everything looked good, I drilled the remaining holes using my dull drill. Then I chamfered all the holes for the flush rivets.
