I decided to start making the half door for the right side first, because it will be bolted in and does not need hinges and latches.Marked the required spacing for the pop rivets on the plexiglass and also marked the hole location about 1/2" from the edge of the flange. Aligned the bottom first and drilled the first 2 holes and checked how the top lines up. Hadto remove about 1/16" at the top t make it fit better. Drilled another hole at the to rear and after checking alignment again proceeded to drill the rest of the holes. Next I used my adjustable sinker to provide for the flush pop rivets. Chanfered everything and installed again in door frame. Everything fits well.
