Laid out remaining holes and attempted match drilling through top cowl and inserts with cowl in place; marginally successful. Removed, reamed and refit top cowl numerous times until clecos could be set in all locations; marked corrected alignments by tracing around the base of each cleco with sharpie. Removed cowl; removed tape, inserts and magnets from flanges. Clecoed receptacles to flanges for riveting. Discovered shortage of two receptacles (used on oil door); ordered from Skybolt.
