Touched up inside of top cowl intake flanges with Dremel barrel sander and sandpaper. Trimmed additional material from outer front sides of bottom cowl for trial fit. Put top cowl in place and ran alignment tape along side and bottom edges of firewall/fuselage skin. Fit bottom cowl to fuselage with tape, clecos and tiedown strap. Ran second layer of alignment tape on top of second layer and marked trim lines on bottom cowl.
