Refit bottom cowl; slipped orange inlet seals into place between inlets and baffles and made alignment marks on seals and inlets. Removed bottom cowl and set in table jig. Clamped seals and clamping strips in place on bottom cowl inlets; laid out and match drilled #30 mounting screw holes through seals and inlets. Angle drill wandered on first hole in right side; flox patch required (see third photo). Enlarged screw holes to final size with leather punch. Assembled components with clecos, refit bottom cowl and checked seal fit. Mostly nominal; left seal needs additional trimming. Refit top cowl and checked fit of all forward seals; nominal.
