Sanded inside of bottom cowling around inlets to smooth out flaws in fiberglass. Bent and shaped CB-1002K clamping strips to fit around left and right cowl inlets; laid out and drilled mounting screw holes in strips. Experimented with fitting seals on bottom cowl or on inlet ramps. Not convinced of the optimal method yet; more input from other builders is needed. Researched adhesives; ordered Pliobond 25 for seals and other applications.
