Checked space around right inlet duct extension and nose baffle edges. Retrimmed right inner inlet duct seal and checked fit; nominal. Retrimmed right nose seal to eliminate shared rivet tab and riveted right inlet duct seal to baffle. Measured and cut air seal fabric for bottom cowl inlet edges. Botched cut on right seal, effectively ruining it; none of the remaining fabric scraps were long enough to make a replacement. Called Van's and inquired about replacement fabric; the only 12" long pieces they have available are the original 12"x56" bolts, although they do sell 2"x6" sections. Not worth buying a bolt for one small strip. Considering making two-piece bottom cowl inlet seals from available scraps.
