Trimmed upper flange extension; sanded and smoothed mating side and edges. Note difference in color of the two sections; the original was laid up with fast hardener and the extension was laid up with slow hardener. Laid out and drilled rivet and clearance holes in extension. Trimmed off more of forward edge of air filter tray to improve fit with bottom cowl intake.
