Made up templates for left and right conical gussets. Fabricated and shaped left conical gusset. Instead of using the table-edge bending techniques suggested in the instructions, the part was formed using a number of different methods to shape it to fit correctly. Laid out and drilled rivet holes in conical gusset; match-drilled holes in left forward side and left front baffles.
