Drilled out rivets, disassembled parts and cleaned sealant off with mineral spirits. Dressed up rivet holes lightly with ball peen hammer. Cut screen to shape, ran sealant bead around vent flange and affixed screen to vent flange. Sandwiched screen between vent flange and baffle and riveted assembly together. Ran additional bead of sealant around edge of vent flange.
