Bent part into shape. Test fitting revealed that the aluminum part did not fit as well as the card template had. Reshaped part slightly and drilled a second rivet hole on one tab to get part to fit optimally behind bellcrank using existing rivet hole in spar; match drilled second rivet hole in spar. Also fit some more snap bushings in existing rib holes; more are required and were ordered. Delivered bracket and two other parts to GT Precision Coatings for powdercoating.
