Refined template for pitot mast installation; experimented with layout. Called Vans and got their advice on location, mounting and support before cutting. Cut the hole for the mast in the bottom skin using a step drill, #40 bit and rotary cutter; shaped with griding stone and finished sizing and deburring with hand files and scotchbrite pad.
