Worked on bellcrank setup; several issues to resolve. Did a lot of research on installation; bolt clearance issue, removing and replacing brackets multiple times, Garmin roll servo installation and required bracket. The bushing is binding up in bellcrank, depending on direction inserted. It seems to be a common problem, but I need to determine which part isn't true: bellcrank, bushing, or both. Worked on bellcrank to try to resolve the problem; made improvements, but stil an issue. Need to seek the help of a local machine shop. Set up microstop countersink and countersunk rear spars.
