Rigged hand countersink tool for flush rivets called for in bottom inside angle holes and countersunk. Riveted inboard brackets to rear spar. Drill outboard bracket holes and rivet outboard brackets to rear spar. Trouble with lowest (actual top) rivets done with rivet gun; drilled out bad rivets and replaced.
