With Amy's help the nuts and washers were started onto the aft bolts of the outboard brackets. A box end wrench for the12 point nuts was modified for clearance and the left outboard bracket was torqued to spec. Left aft bulkhead bolt that was loosened for clearance was retightened. Martin1 hr.
