Lightly countersunk mis-drilled flap fairing rivet hole. Test fit rivet; examined placement and angle of bad hole and determined it would be better not to set a plug rivet as that would likely introduce stress and cause more damage. Edge distance is ok; will fill hole with aluminum JB weld.
