Brief Description: Throttle Quadrant Cable Installation pt. 1
Removed throttle quadrant from fuselage. Cut grommets for control cable holes in left gear tower. Assembled mixture, prop and throttle control cables to throttle quadrant and levers. Adjusted range of motion, tightened and torque sealed for each cable. Enlarged firewall holes to final size of 5/8" for snap bushings. Fed cables through gear tower and firewall and checked fit. Had to remove and ream out cable holes in aft side of gear tower several times until all three cables fit properly with quadrant in place. Put cut grommets around cables and inserted into cable holes on forward side of gear tower.
