Fabricated F-873K latch pins. Smoothed and deburred all baggage door parts and clecoed together. Final-drilled all #40 and #30 holes in assembly. Cut hinge to 13-1/2"; cut hinge pin 14" to allow for bent end. Clamped one hinge half in place on baggage door angle and top skin per plans specs and match-drilled #40 holes in hinge flange. Disassembled all parts.
