Cut 3/4" tubing to length for F-840 pushrod. Made rivet template for attaching male threaded rod ends. Preserved the tube interior with WD-40 before press-fitting rod ends into tube ends. Drilled, deburred and blind riveted holes. Screwed female rod end bearings onto rod ends and adjust to length to complete pushrod. Screwed male rod end bearings into F-839-2 pushrod and adjust to length and tighten jam nuts.
