Separated F-365 bellcrank parts and smoothed edges. Clecoed, match-drilled and deburred #30 holes. Cut 1-1/2" diameter to length for F-841 pushrod. Made rivet layout template for attaching VA-101 female threaded rod ends. Inserted ends into pushrod; tight fit, some problems with galling. Marked pushrod rivet holes & drill #30 using guide block. Disassembled; deburred; cleaned inside of tube and assemble with blind rivets.
