Brief Description: Mount Vertical Stabilizer pt. 3
Clecoed and clamped vertical stabilizer back in place. Double checked centering and drilled #40 pilot holes for upper bolts. Upsized holes to #30 and final-drilled to 1/4" for bolts. Disassembled, deburred and temporarily assembled with three lower spar bolts.
