Final drllled all #30 holes in right and left seat floors and aft baggage floor; perimeter holes required angle drill adapter. Match drilled aft holes for F-837-1 aft control mount and #40 rivet holes for nut plates. Drilled #10 holes in F-445 flap bearing blocks and trimmed corners. Slipped bearing blocks onto bearing ends of WD-806 flap actuator weldment and fitted assembly to fuselage. Discovered that the F-857 rear seatbelt brackes assembled and installed by the factory interfered with the aft mounting bolts of the flap bearing blocks. VAF research confirmed that they were not trimmed correctly and provided Van's solutions.
